For clinical Chinese Massage Therapy, sessions are typically structured as 1 - 2 sessions per week for 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the conditions complexity. Treatment plans vary based on factors such as age, occupation, diet, lifestyle, and severity. Because the effects are cumulative, consistent sessions are essential to interrupt protective patterns and support functional change. Progress will be evaluated at each visit, so that modalities can be adjusted accordingly to guide the therapeutic process.

NEW CLIENT INTAKE (90MIN)
This initial visit will focus on reviewing your health history and evaluating any signs or symptoms you may be experiencing. The goal is to develop a treatment strategy tailored towards your primary concerns. Because the emphasis is on assessment, hands-on bodywork may be shorter than a typical session.
Please wear athletic or loose-fitting clothing to allow for easy of movement and adjustment during the session.
